Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at

by means of a clear statement (e.g., email or letter) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in accordance with Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) if we have begun performance of the contract after

• you have expressly consented to our starting the execution of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and

• you have confirmed that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun.
